Introductory Programs
From C suite to your supply chains, these programs provide and introduce emotional intelligence and compassionate leadership to a broad range of people within your organization. They include the following modules.

Modules are 50 minutes with time for Q & A. We recommend that all four modules be taken in succession, either in the format of 4 on-site one-hour workshops covering each module , or as a weekly 4-week online series.
Leadership Immersion Series
The Leadership Immersion Series is a 4 hour program providing the greatest benefit and impact by incorporating all of the elements of mindfulness and emotional intelligence training offered in our introductory programs. The immersion can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Mindfulness education can truly enhance a workplace climate, in addition to improving performance and happiness at work. In addition to teaching mindfulness practices, we introduce the research-based principles of neuroscience so that leaders and employees understand more about how their own brain responds.

SIY Leadership Programs
Born through the innovative, creative environment of Google, the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) has become a well-respected program used in many successful companies around the world. As a SIYLI-trained teacher, Tracy partners with companies and organizations to implement and scale trainings that enhance well-being, leadership, resilience and collaboration, leading to improved performance. The core program explores mindfulness-based emotional intelligence, which is grounded in modern neuroscience. Originally developed at Google and now widely taught in companies, organizations and civic agencies, the SIYLI curriculum includes a live, interactive two-day session followed by an additional four weeks of training and support. The initial, two-day course can be taught in person or online.
